The Unknown Phyale

Phyale makes its fan appearance in "The Prince of Atlantis II: Milo's Return". This Phyale does not lived in Atlantis, it lives in the surface of the normal sea. When Phyale was found by Milo, Kida and the crew, they decided to take Phyale with them. Phyale doesn't have any family since it was very lonely. At the end of the movie, Phyale becomes Kida's new Pokemon and the Princess of Atlantis.
